You will create a timeline of Native History, from 1860-1900. Your timeline will have:
-title (1 pt)
-ten significant events of your choosing, keep them sequential too (10 pts), be accurate
-Summarize four of those events short paragraphs (8 pts), be accurate in your information
-provide illustration, with no dead space (11 pts), be creative and neat
-put your name and heading on the back of the paper, use 8.5 x 14 paper or larger
-Due on Friday, Dec 5. 30 points.

This section will be a whole lesson on its own with the Indian Wars and its ending.
Write and define eight terms on p. 430: Reservations, Sand Creek Massacre, Sitting Bull, Battle of the Little Bighorn, Chief Joseph, Wounded Knee, assimilation, Dawes Act.

From your picked topic, research it and describe why that person was important using: Who, How, Why, When, Where, and Significance. Refer to the example sheets I've attached for you to download.
